Erica Koch

Erica Koch (1956) works as organisation consultant, trainer and coach. Her interest is on the borderline between people and organisations. This is where tension and dynamism frequently occurs, and hence also energy. Since 1997 she works through her own company Parresia, a term taken from Greek philosophy that means “speaking candidly”, a motto which she also incorporates into her work. She believes in the power of cooperation and is convinced that people as well as organisations possess a capacity to change. In her work she tries to initiate learning and reflective processes, for example by means of peer supervision. Erica is attached to Sioo, a masters programme for organisation professionals, and is a member of an international network of trainers and consultants. Her warm interest in practical philosophy resulted in her attaching herself to the New Trivium in addition to her other networks.
